Google Apps Script - Sharing outside of domain -

so have followed tutorial here, , works great... me.
google forms file upload complete example

what need add script google form, , allow users upload image along form. know put uploaded image in folder specified, that's fine, there won't huge number , can use corresponding time stamp.

the problem have works expect when open form, follow link, , able upload image, when try share outside of domain (it's google business account), form works, link script gives me old:

i have shared both form , script test gmail user.
have published script webapp.
version has been manage , updated, , latest.
i've shared folder upload images into, it's not getting far, won't load script.

everything else can find online sharing google-apps-script collaborating developers, , giving them access code, last thing want do. don't know enough google-drive , google-script take troubleshooting further. 1 have idea what's going on here?

you don't have share script.

the thing matters way deploy webapp : have make execute you , specify anyone can use, anonymous, meaning webapp users don't need log in use app. means -obviously- won't able know using app. if restrict webapp access domain users they'll have log in , if script runs "as you", still able identify effective user.

parameters illustrated below (there more possibilities when deploy google apps account, example can restrict domain... domain in french preferred show more "standard" example)
